EKPF participates in ERA Congress 2022
This past weekend the ERA hosted the largest annual nephrology congress in Europe, welcoming thousands of participants from all over the world, focusing on key learning features in both the clinical and scientific fields and the latest innovations. In this framework, the patient session at the ERA Conference took place. The speakers agreed on the effectiveness of patient actions and the need for joint action by nephrologists and patient associations.
EKHA President Raymond Van Holder opened the session with an overview of information on CKD. EKPF Secretary Jan van Cruchten was one of the chairs of the Symposium CKD IN EUROPE, THE VOICE OF THE PATIENTS, together with Dr Lucile Mercadal from France. EKPF entities also participated in this symposium: France Rein and Renaloo.
