This Wednesday April 28, the kick-off meeting of the Eramus + ProCKD project (exchanging good practices for the PROffesional integration of people with Chronic Kidney Disease) was held virtually through the Zoom platform. The kick-off meeting of the project had 3 parts:
- The first was a partner´s internal meeting to follow up on the tasks to be carried out in the project.
- The second and broadcast live through the channel of the ALCERTV YouTube (the youtube channel of the coordinator´s project), where the entities and their experience in the topic chosen for the project were presented.
- The third, and also broadcast live, was a Focus Group of people with CKD experts who will be part of the Advisory Board of the project.
